What the Wyoming Tyranny Response Team is NOT.
1. The Wyoming TRT is NOT a militia. All Wyoming residents are members of the state
militia as set down in the state constitution.
Article 17 STATE MILITIA
Sec. 1 Of whom militia constituted. The militia of the state shall consist of all able-bodied
qualified residents of the state, and those non-residents who are accepted into service,
between the ages of seventeen (17) and seventy (70) years; except those exempted by the
law of the United States or of the state. But all residents having scruples of conscience
averse to bearing arms shall be excused therefrom upon conditions as prescribed by law.

Sec. 24. Right to bear arms. The right of citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves
and of the state not be denied.
The gun grabbers will state that these sections of the Wyoming Constitution do not mean
what they say or that the Wyoming State Constitution is a document that was written
long, long ago and as such it is out dated and no longer applies to modern times. Sec 1 of
Article 17 was re-written and accepted by state congress in the year 2000 and Sec. 24 of
Article 24 was written and accepted in 1890. Both articles were written in modern English
and easy for even a left wing gun grabber to understand
2. The Wyoming TRT is NOT a front organization for any political party. Although many
of us are conservatives, the TRT membership is NOT limited to a conservatives only
organization. Our proud organization shall not be used for the promotion of the Wyoming
Republican Party or the Wyoming Libertarian Party.
3. The Wyoming TRT is NOT a front group for any other so-called gun rights organization
nor are we affiliated with any other gun rights organization save one, "The Jews For
Preservation of Firearms Ownership" (JPFO). Yes folks you read it correctly, there are
Jews in Amerika who own guns and they have a very strong position against gun control.
The year 2009 marks the twentieth year that the JPFO has been in existence. Why just
the JPFO and no others? The TRT was founded by people who are still members of JPFO
and the JPFO is the only gun rights organization that is not in the gun rights business for
the purpose profit and a self serving political agenda.
4. The TRT is NOT a political lobbying organization. We have enough of these sorts of
organizations like the NRA and as such we do not see a need for yet another one. We are
NOT a 501 c 3 nor a 501 c 4.
5. The Wyoming TRT is not a front organization for any right wing fringe groups like the
KKK, the Amerikan Nazi Party, Skinheads, Christian Identity pukes, etc... . Re-read
number three about what the TRT is NOT.
6. The Wyoming TRT is NOT a pro-life or pro-choice organization. We feel that this issue
is a personal and private one and that the government should never be involved with
legislating this issue.
7. The Wyoming TRT is NOT a anti-gay or pro-gay organization. We are not interested in
any political issues surrounding homosexuals. Like the abortion issue we consider this
issue to be a non-issue and should be out side the realm of government legislation. It
should also be noted that we do have a link to the website for a group of people known as
the "Pink Pistols".
8. The TRT is NOT a Christians only organization. We care not what your religion is. All
we ask is that you keep it to your self.
We are compelled to post a list of what we are NOT due to the outrageous claims made by
left wing organizations like the Anti-Defamation League aka Amerikan Defecation
League, in which the ADL has in the past publicly implied that the TRT holds anti-semitic
beliefs and is a front organization for covert militias and right wing fringe organizations.
The ADL only gets one chance to get away with a lie and the next time it will cost you
Foxman (The ADL Dictator of political correctness). We will drop a dime on the ADL to
Aaron Zelman (JPFO Founder) who will in turn will place us in contact with an attorney
to discuss civil litigation.
The Southern Poverty Law Center, like the ADL is another left wing front group for the
Amerikan Communist Party and its founder Morris "Sleaze" Dees has tried his to
discredit our proud organization with his own set of lies. Dees even went so far as to
accuse one our TRT founders of being anti-semitic, a man by the name of Bob Glass, who
is in fact Jewish.
What IS the TRT ?
We are a street protest organization which seeks to enforce the Bill of Rights by any
means necessary. We can be spotted by looking for our navy blue and yellow lettering
TRT T-shirts, which we wear to our street protests.
How does one join the TRT?
Buy a TRT shirt from one of us when you see us on the streets or order one off of the
TRT National website. Wear the t-shirt to a protest with us and you are a member.
Are there any membership dues?
No
Does the TRT hold any meetings?
No
Does the TRT have any leaders?
No, but the Wyoming TRT is the intellectual property of one man and any who seek to
stray from our rules will first need permission from the owner of the Wyoming TRT. Just

Can I start my own TRT chapter?
Yes, but we would appreciate if you tell us. You can put up your own website and
designate the name of your chapter. You sell your own TRT t-shirts and the money is to
be used for the payment of your website, the purchase of more TRT t-shirts, the payment
of tables at gun shows to promote the TRT and the Bill of Rights and any other expense
related to the promoting of same.
